How Does a Smoothie Vending Machine Work
Step 1: Customer Selects Flavor
The customer browses the beverage menu on the screen. The machine displays different smoothie flavors, ingredient details, and promotional images. After selecting a beverage, the customer chooses a payment method.
Step 2: Automatic Ingredient Dispensing
After payment, the system automatically dispenses the required ingredients. Ingredients include: fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, protein powder, and ice. The automatic dispensing system ensures accurate ingredient ratios for each drink.
Step 3: Blending
The blender automatically starts after the ingredients enter the blending chamber.
Step 4: Cup Dispensing and Packaging
The machine automatically dispenses cups. The machine sends the finished smoothie to the pickup area, where the customer can collect it.
Temperature Control System: The freezing zone contains 10 fruit hoppers, each with a capacity of 12L. This area is equipped with UV disinfection.
Water System: The machine can hold two 16L water containers. A wastewater pipe is installed, and a wastewater tank is placed inside the machine. After processing, the machine automatically cleans itself and discharges wastewater into the tank through the pipe. The wastewater drain pipe sits on top of the wastewater tank.
Automatic System: The machine automatically stirs, cleans, and dispenses cups. The stirring speed is adjusted according to the firmness of the fruit.
Powder Dispensing Zone: This area includes 4 automatic powder dispensers, each with a capacity of 2 liters. The system allows you to add different types of materials.
Refrigeration Zone: This area includes 4 liquid container tanks, each with a capacity of 2 liters. These tanks hold 4 different liquid ingredients, such as honey, jam, milk, and syrup.
