The Customer Purchase Process
Jeroen discovered our company while researching smart vending machines. He was particularly interested in our smart cabinets, which are powered by our AI vending machine. Unlike vending machines with spiral conveyors, our AI-powered smart vending machines use intelligent product recognition. Customers simply open the cabinet door and select their items, and the system automatically processes the purchase. This was precisely what he was looking for. During our initial consultation, he outlined his plan: to deploy a network of these smart vending machines within a specific commercial district—an area characterized by high foot traffic and frequented by office workers, students, and residents.
The product categories he plans to sell include: soft drinks, bottled water, energy drinks, sandwiches, yogurt, and snacks. Given the varying dimensions of these items, a smart vending solution featuring “open-door self-service” was a far better fit for his needs than traditional vending machines. Our Product Manager held a video conference with him to confirm an order for five units, as well as the payment method and exterior color. He opted for a TT payment, paying a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance was paid upon the completion of the goods’ production.

Door-Opening Design: Customers can directly open the cabinet door to freely browse and select items, and are able to purchase multiple products within a single transaction.
